Two whole kilos!

I've just been to the vet to weigh myself and I've managed to put on 2kg! I'm now 22.3kg so I reckon I should try to put on another 2 and then we'll see how I look. Some people think I look pretty much ok right now, but I think I want a bit of extra padding just in case I ever need it in the future. Mum was so pleased we went straight to the pet shop and got lots of chews and treats.

I've been feeling much better - even enough to go swimming again in the freezing sea! I had to show off to Amber - a 5yr old girl we met at the weekend. She went in so I'd have just looked a wuss if I didn't. Thankfully it was a warm day and I soon dried off.

I'm going on another little Viz Whiz next weekend - 12 noon on Sunday 9th December at the Royal Oak in Fritham again. Someone else is organising the walk this time so hopefully we won't end up walking through a bog again (thanks dad). If any of you are around please do come along!

Dearest wee Charlie .. well yippee not so wee any more. We are thrilled that you have put on 2kg. That's a lot! In a short time too. Do you think it is the Bozita that has made the difference? Hat the Fat says that's about my weight but of course I am a laydeeeee. My height at the withers is 22". What is yours?

(not so skinny any more Berta says me I never get on the scales! But for sure you weigh more than me!)

ginger hugs big man XXXX

I don't like to stand still for long enough to be measured but mum thinks i'm approaching 25" at the withers. I'm doing really well gaining weight with my Bozita - it seemed to start piling on just as I started eating it. Trouble is I think it's a bit rich for me long term - I'm a bit, well, runny and whiffy shall we say.

Mum is agonising about what to feed me long term if I'm to stay on biccies. I think the choice is between Burns high energy pup food (24% protein, 14% fat) which doesn't put weight on but does suit my guts; Royal Canin maxi junior (36/14) which has the higher protein but the lower fat; or Bozita maintenance (27/15). Suspect it is the fat that's making me squitty?

Hi Charlie! So glad you are doing well. Mom is in the battle to keep me slim and trim, since I weigh about 41lbs. I don;t know that that is in kilos... but I am 21.5" at the whither. Mom like to think I am all muscle, but, well, I've got a bit of padding around my sides. I actually eat a BLEND of two foods, one that stopped me up and the other that made me loose, and between the two I am right as rain. Do you have Innova Evo and Wellness Adult Chicken (by Old Mother Hubbard) across the pond? I am not sure if you do, but that is what I scarf down at every meal (2x daily!! and I wish there were more).

I also wuff your dinner mascot. Very cute -- I was fattening him up with a lot os carrots for you. Mine would be a squirrel... Perhaps I should have a buddy on my site too???

take care Charlie Morph!

Hey sis! Withers is kindof base of neck/top of shoulders.

Hrm Brisztow! we were wondering if a blend might suit me best - sadly I don't think we have the bics you have :-( I did well on my Burns/Bozita mix so might try that again.
