Well it was 4:3 FOR tattooing. Close run thing. I was thinking about getting one but dad isn't keen - I thought it would suit the whole teenage monster thing I've got going. For now I will remain tattoo-less. I have a microchip which will have to do.

I have a microhip too! It was just ONE poke instead of numerous that it takes to tattoo
I don't think a tatoo is good for boys with testicles. Our first vet told us they usually get stolen for breeding and if they're tatooed (usually done on the inside of the ear) then they just cut off their ears. So if they're going to get stolen for their balls, better let them keep their ears.
Sick stuff I know.

You're right Hamish, that is groooossss. my ears are staying put.
Redgirls do not have tattoos. (David Beckham a bit scary yikes for us country girls.)However. Mum says we should not rule out tattoos. (Tho probably they are best done in the nest) Redgirls are microchipped. But sometimes the chips slip. And not all vets/police are informed enough to scan for. Good collar ID best line of defence mum thinks. (For lost dogs. Stolen dogs not an issue here in yawn Scotland) Mum is a worriter. Bless.
